Security starts with practice.
It’s only a matter of time before your organization is targeted by cyber criminals. The extent to which your employees are prepared for an emergency will determine the impact on your business.
Crisis and emergency exercises can be used to simulate various situations, including worst-case scenarios. They can be used to test and optimize existing crisis and emergency procedures, for example, to check that information chains are working, and responsibilities are correctly allocated.
Our approach:
- In preparation for an exercise, we analyze the procedures, processes and technical framework of your organization together with the responsible people and define possible scenarios in the IT and/or OT area. In order to make the exercise as realistic as possible, a typical scenario based on your environment is selected.
- Each scenario consists of several steps in which clues are gradually presented for the participants to react to. We use a variety of media: mock phone calls, team reports, news reports, etc. Depending on the maturity level of the organization, participants are given guiding questions to help them process the incident and make decisions on how to proceed.
- Our experts will then provide you with a protocol of the exercise including the results you have produced. We will provide you with a prioritized list of recommended actions to ensure that you are fully prepared for the next emergency.
